After 3 hours of chemo, I have to go home with a pump system that continues to put chemo into my body for 46 hours. The chemo is called 5fu......they sure got that name right!!
This is the pump system I have to wear in a fanny pack for 2 days. The nurse is instructing me on how to operate it.

My baby is learning to FLY....she can do her own post!!!!
Hello Laura, I'm so sorry about your battle with cancer. Prayers and luck to you~
Thanks for visiting my blog and signing in for the winter blah prize.
You're right, I think we DO have much in common, for heaven's sake!
We spent a happy few days in Branson over Halloween, early Nov., and crossed the line into Oklahoma to go to a Casino. It's in the Halloween entry, '08. We're homebound this winter, but our older posts are full of traveling.
You take care during chemo.
Ms. Laura,
You sure did look good at the wedding. Keep up the good work with the battle.
Kim
Just stopping by to say hello, and hope that you're feeling well today.
Loads of snow in Indiana....and it's still coming down, with flakes the size of dimes. You take care, I'm thinkin' of ya.
I was just wondering how things are going....hope you're reading some good books and doing alright.
You take care.
