2 Storms meeting just over our house

Last month 2 really strong storms were predicted in our area. The clouds were growing darker, the wind was picking up so we all went outside to look over the situation......those 2 storms were meeting each other right over our house!! Took some really good pictures till the wind came up strong and the lightening was coming straight down. That put me and my metal camera in the house FAST!!

No pictures to post but did want to update on my treatments....had a "FUN" colonoscopy Friday and everything looked great (I guess that would depend on who's looking)! No polyps, nothing. Today I went to my surgeon for a follow-up and he said I was doing great....no problems! Other than being terribly tired some days I feel pretty good. Have lost about 40 pounds all together..which I needed to lose...and love buying new clothes! I have not lost any hair nor have I been sick for which I am so Grateful!!
I have completed 7 chemo treatments and have 5 to go which should finish out at the end of April. Look out May, I'm going somewhere!!!
I think the worst of all this is the sensitivity to cold. Can't drink anything cold; can't touch anything cold..it's like touching 220volt electric..Patrich Swazey said that and it is SO TRUE!! I am addicted to Pepsi and haven't had one in several months cause it has to be cold or I don't want it. I forget and try to open a door and the knob is freezing...doesn't take me long to let go of it!!
I want to thank everyone who has prayed for me and had me in their thoughts. You are ALL a gift from GOD and I love you dearly!!

After 3 hours of chemo, I have to go home with a pump system that continues to put chemo into my body for 46 hours. The chemo is called 5fu......they sure got that name right!!

This is the pump system I have to wear in a fanny pack for 2 days. The nurse is instructing me on how to operate it.

Cancer Care Mascot

This cat lives at the building where I do my treatments. He has his own bowl and is given regular water and food. He loves to come out when people enter the building.
He is very friendly and very playful.
What a joy to see him each time I go for a treatment.
